Founded in 2012 in Guatemala City by two passionate designers, JASPE Maya Moderno has grown into a destination for those seeking a one of a kind mix of urban /ethnic clothing and accessories, to reflect a fashion forward style. Taking inspiration from the gorgeous native hand woven fabrics of our country, we created a modern Brand with vintage Mayan fabrics and unique design. This textiles can rage from 10 to 80 years old, and are full of culture and mystical stories.

JASPE is also a proud contributor to the  Friends of San Nicolas Foundation and other local organizations serving the least fortunate throughout Guatemala.
